Do you accept insurance?
I’m not currently on any insurance panels. I am considered an “out-of-network provider.” That means that if your mental health benefits include out-of-network coverage, you may get reimbursed for all or some of my services. I am happy to provide you with a reimbursement form to submit to your insurance carrier.
How do I know if I have out-of-network benefits?
I would suggest calling your insurance company to find out if you have out-of-network coverage. If you do, some other good questions include:
Do I have to meet a deductible before my benefits kick in?
Is there a limit to my coverage?
What documentation is needed and how can I submit it?
What forms of payment do you accept?
I currently accept most payments via credit card online due to the pandemic. I accept Flex Spending or Health Savings Cards. I can also accept personal checks.
