EFT Supervision.
Believe me, I GET how hard the certification process is. You put hours and hours into recording and watching tape and showing your work as you’re learning feels incredibly vulnerable. With an unshakeable belief that you-can-do-it, a focus on the positives, and lots of shared laughs, I’ll help you get certified, and take some of the stress out of the process.
As your supervisor, I’ll be your biggest supporter.
Getting certified is really hard work. It can bring up some of our biggest insecurities and self-doubts. That’s why I focus first on the positives. I can see the strengths in you and your work. And with that lens, I can help you identify your growing edges too.
Here are a few things you might like to know about me and my process.
Have you helped other therapists get certified?
Yep. I’ve helped many therapists get certified and I’m confident if we work together, I can help you too!
Are you available for supervision online?
Yes, all of my services are available online. Using a secure online platform we can do our supervision time, including watching tape together virtually. If you are unfamiliar with that part process, I’ll happily walk you through it.
What do we focus on in supervision?
Getting certified is really all about demonstrating that you have a grasp on the basic EFT skill set. Using my in-depth knowledge of the key elements of certification, I’ll help you zero in on those essential skills. AND make sure you feel supported and know that we’re in this together!
How long does the process take?
It takes as long as it takes. I have worked with folks over the course of just a few months to multiple years. Everyone is different. But what’s the same is that I’ll be by your side all along the way.
What if I need more resources?
That’s why I co-founded Seacoast EFT, a vibrant community for therapists in the Seacoast region of Northern New England. I believe in making connections to other resources whenever possible. This work is best done with lots of support!
